Q: Are Alberta casinos closed? A: Starting December 13 at 12:01 a.m., all Alberta casinos will be closed until Sunday, January 10, 2021, or until further notice, as per current public health orders.
Q: What will happen to my base points and bonus points that I earned prior to casinos closing? A: To ensure you can continue to redeem points for free play and contest ballots, all points will be put on pause during the casinos’ closure. Once casinos reopen, your points will be available for use and their expiration will be extended for an additional 30 days from the reopening date.
Q: I have a birthday during the casino closures. Do I still get my Birthday Bonus? A: Yes! Once Alberta casinos reopen, you will receive your birthday bonus on your next visit to an Alberta casino simply by inserting your card into a slot machine or electronic table game. This offer will be available for 60 days after the casinos reopen.
Q: What is happening with the December contest now that casinos are closed? A: The December “Get & Give” contest will continue as planned from December 1 to 31, 2020. Although casinos close on Sunday, December 13 at 12:01 a.m., ballots can also be purchased using member points through your WinnersEdge.ca online account.
